This policy explains how Fictoon handles privacy and data while you create comics.
Fictoon is a lightweight comic image creation application designed for users to generate interactive comic works through non-real image uploading and built-in material matching. Our core design principle is user privacy protection and minimalist experience.
We adhere to a zero-redundant data processing standard and fully protect every user’s usage privacy in all service links.
All core image generation, material matching, interactive synthesis and rendering functions of Fictoon are independently developed and operated by our own technical service system. We do not access, invoke or rely on any third-party service platforms, third-party technical interfaces or third-party data processing services.
Fictoon always implements the minimal data collection principle. We only process the non-real pictures uploaded by users independently for the sole purpose of completing comic creation and image rendering.
This is a core privacy guarantee of Fictoon. The app absolutely does not collect any user facial information, facial feature data, facial contour information, facial biometric data or any face-related identification content.
We have no facial recognition, facial scanning, facial feature extraction or facial data analysis functions in any version of the app. All user uploaded materials are limited to non-real images such as illustrations, anime pictures and hand-drawn works. The app will not identify, analyze or capture any human face information under any operating logic.
Under no circumstances will Fictoon obtain, store or process any user facial data, facial feature details and biometric facial information. Our image processing logic only targets the color, layer, composition and style of non-real pictures, and does not involve any facial information detection and collection behavior at all. Users can use all creation functions completely free from the risk of facial privacy leakage.
All image data uploaded by users and generated comic works are only used for the user’s local creation preview and self-viewing. All data processing is completed in the independent operating environment of Fictoon’s self-developed service.
Fictoon will never share, transmit, provide or sell any user personal information, uploaded image data and created work data to any third-party individuals, institutions or platforms in any form and for any reason. Since all core services are independently operated by ourselves without any third-party service access, there is no data sharing, data synchronization or data authorization link with external third parties in the whole service process.
